Hello
Have been flicking through your blog, hope you dont mind. What a cool thing to do, must have taken some guts to go abroad and teach.
Love the compositions in some of your photos.
Enjoy your skiing adventure.

Oh, skiing. The sport of champions. The past time of royalty and famous stuck-up people. *THE* thing to do on a New Years Break while teaching English in Korea. Yes..... skiing. Ah, Skiing. Skiing. Skiing is a funny word, isn't it, what with its double "I", and whatnot...? You don't think so? Well, I do. No matter what you think. Ski is a word that doesn't translate perfectly into Korean because it has a double consonant. Roughly tranlated, it would sound like suh-key-ing. Or suh-king. Or, suh-keeng. But not skiing. Definitely not. That would be just plain silly. Right? Right. This is a longer post than my previous. :-D Happy?

Hi Ben...who is sat right next to me. Strange how we ended up at the same resort...I had noticed that ski, along with countless English words do not translate due to double consonants...xxx

Hello Louise, I came across your blog while searching for bargain holidays and although this post is not wholly relevant to what I was looking for I'm glad to have come across it and stop by. It does seem a shame though that in writing down one 's thoughts/opinions in such a way that it leaves room for comment by the unqualified and casual passerby

Hello there Louise, I just read your blog after stumbling across it by pure chance when I was really looking for cheap charter flights and although this post is really not quite what I was looking for it somehow I found myself reading it with interest. So I'm glad that I did stop by even though I didn't quite agree with everything that was on your blog
