This is the representatives from Moalboal, the nearest town to where I was staying. They are wearing diving suits, and keeping to the theme of "conservation of animals and the enviroment". They told the story of a divers learning to respect the sea creatures when diving. The Moalboal team one the prize for "gimic" ie their props and costumes were the best out of the 5 teams that were competing.
